A fool's paradise - WAKE UP!

At everyday life we come across people who believe that whatever the situation is, it doesn't concern them and things can go on without being change or disturbed. Especially in the Corporate world where there is a cut throat competition, you will find one or two individuals sitting in the office, and acting as if nothing concerns them.

Such people act in a very dismissive way, usually half lying on the seat, their legs spread in front of them  and day dreaming....acting as if something very serious and important is going on in their heads while staring at the Computer while doing little.

These characters also when asked to do some innovative thinking or change the pattern of their work, can start acting like bulls! they do charge on you and then you have to cover your ears because of all the cribbing that will start happening.

In my experience, and i have experience such an individual rather recently, the image that come to my mind is that of a man with an iron cap! Nothing goes in! nopes! Nothing! And man the arguments it takes to get things in the head.

The things that is more surprising and disappointing is that they are living in a fools paradise. They believe that all is good and nothing needs to be change.....They think that everything is heading in the right direction when honestly its not! Infact they are risking their careers because in today's world one needs to continuously update his/her self in education and knowledge.

Everyone who wishes to succeed needs to continuosly transform himself as a better individuals as well as professional, acquire new knowledge, skills, and become an excellent product....which means one should also be very well groomed.

And last but not the least you have to market yourself as a brand! Who can sell your skills better than You??

So those who think it is ok to be the way they are.....THEY BETTER THINK AGAIN!
