Lasting Relationships

Relationships! not so easy to make not so easy to break and the most difficult thing is to make it work and keep it going.

Relationships are God's way of giving us something to hold on to and keep on living and moving, they are a means of happiness, peace and love. Yet at the same time they can hurt like hell, drown you in misery and destroy you and your self esteem.

The magic is in knowing how to make your relationship last or what makes it work? The answer lies in the feelings you have for that person (be it any relationship), what you want and what you want to give back. There is no getting around the fact that it will and it does ask for a lot of sacrifices and compromises to make it last forever, yet in my experience its also a fact that sometimes compromising and sacrificing is worth it cause you can see the person you love smile and happy.

One must also understand that no one individual can make it work, it has to be a mutual effort. No matter how much effort you throw in, if the one you love doesn't agree to it then its useless. We give our lives for relationships we care for, that entire energy of our souls is utilized to love another being and that combine with the feelings of the ones you love make the relationships work.

For a relationship full of love, care and respect; all involved have to give their best to make it work. Loving may be easy but making the ones you love your life is no easy feat. Be prepared when you opt for a relationship because not only you, but your life and your soul will be involve too!

Loving someone is a gift but its heaven when the one you love returns your feeling. Enjoy your relationships and give it your best shot to make them work. Have a happy life.

Characters in a Team.......the fanatics

In my last write about the Teams and their dynamics, I shred my thoughts on the subject and after much discussion with my colleagues and on their insistence I finally am writing about the various characteristics of every team member. What's in it for the Mentor?

Recently I got a chance to act as a Mentor for young women who are entering the Job market or who find themselves in trouble in the Corporate World. I took the opportunity as a way of giving back the good experiences I have accumulated in the last 7 years. A couple of years back, i was very much encouraged by a colleague of mine to motivate young women in getting better jobs and sound careers, I thought I will do it when I am old and have nothing to do.
