Where is your mood switch?

Anyone with a little observation and understanding of the human nature would know that the moods of the people change not only because of their own self but mostly because of others. That’s interesting....it looks like as if our mood is like a switch placed in the board on the wall and anyone can turn it off or on whenever they pass by.

But don’t you feel it’s a little maddening?? You can’t control your reactions?? Have no idea how to save you from the frustration! Come-on why let others control it......if your mood is in the hands of others then I think happy moods won’t last long, isn’t it?? The society we live in, especially the South Asian countries, they have this tendency to poke their noses everywhere and interfere in every one’s business, its natural to them and done without any negative motive behind. It’s the general make and type; however it does leave the other person with negative feelings.

You need to keep your switch in your own hands! Don’t let other turn it on or off. Be the judge and switch it on or off accordingly. I have seen individuals sitting in pleasant moods and just a chat of few minutes with another individual completely turns them off. So that means anything anybody say we don’t need to react to it until or unless it is absolutely required. Why let others have the satisfaction of affecting you.

And guess what it will also give you a decent level of satisfaction if by your reactions you can prove to the world that nothing affects you! Not they or their words!! The feeling is Yahoo! I rock! I’ve experienced it and thoroughly enjoyed it! Go ahead, show them you don’t care what everybody thinks….yes there will be some who will be important; their comments will matter but not everyone. And please remember you can’t make everyone happy!

So only focus on your own and your loved ones happiness! That’s all that matters!
