To be or not to be!
A question we often ask ourselves is to be or not to be?? I wonder why we are trained in a way that 95% of us are always doubtful of our decisions and needs and wants. Very few of us actually know what they want. This can very well be related to our work or personal life....from school, college to offices..the misery continues and discontinues. The most difficult of all is to handle this dilemma in our relationships! How one handles this? I am still at a loss to figure this one out. However, in professional lives my advice for anyone is to be upfront right from the start. Be straightforward. No one is married to the Company so compromises are not always required or expected. Though, what is expected of you is a sound knowledge of the area you are hired for. How concrete your knowledge is and how adaptable you are!
